Copyright Notice
This notice explains the responsibilities of authors and the journal regarding ownership, publication, attribution, and reuse of published material.
Author Copyright
Unless a different copyright arrangement is expressly stated for a particular article, copyright remains with the author(s). Third-Party Material
Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted photographs, illustrations, tables, maps, instruments, extensive quotations, datasets, or other third-party material when permission is required. The source and rights status of such material must be clearly acknowledged in the manuscript.
Author Responsibility
Authors remain responsible for the originality of their work, the accuracy of attribution, the legality of included materials, and compliance with ethical and copyright requirements. Publication by Palanta does not transfer responsibility for third-party rights violations to the journal.
